She was first introduced to the study & practice of yoga during a P.E. class while still in high school. During college she began to dive deeper into the lifestyle of yoga and Shin Buddhism. She quickly adapted the ancient traditions into a modern practices. After about 5 years of steady, practice and dedication she began teaching her own yoga & spirituality classes. Her students love her for her bubbly personality yet challenging classes.
Today she teaches regular classes, workshops, and retreats on Yoga, mediation, and spiritual living.
