About The Teacher

Ni Komang Puspa has been practicing yoga since 1992. Puspa has over two decades of experience on the mat. A local Balinese from Karangasem. Puspa started her journey in the spiritual path in a very young age. In 1994 Puspa left her beautiful home of Bali in search for a deeper learning about the philosophy, yoga asanas and meditation, she also has done social services. In year 2000 she went to India for her next training and the final finished 100 hour yin yoga teachers training in Ubud. Puspa was teaching yoga and meditation across South East Asia from Phillipines, Malaysia, Thailand and of course around Indonesia too. Puspa has been teaching at Serenity for about 7 years. Puspa teached Hatha, Yin, Restorative and the Meditation. Puspa has taught not only adults, Puspa has also taught Yoga at the Sunrise International school in Kerobokan, Badung Bali for kids aged two years to sixteen years old students for three years.
