With a background in Exercise Science and over 15 years of teaching, her classes blend thoughtful, science-informed movement with a spirit of curiosity and care. For Tanaya, teaching yoga is a creative practice—one that gently reminds us that yoga is more than poses; it’s a way of living with presence, resilience, and ease.
Her offerings invite students to connect with breath, build strength, and soften into a sense of calm—on and off the mat. Outside the studio, she enjoys running, reading, baking, hiking, and adventuring with her husband and three kids.
