Why study with them?
As she grew and evolved her path narrowed and she found herself more aligned with the spiritual principles of yoga. She practices these principles in her physical and emotional life, and brings her personal antidotes and wisdom to the mat and to her teachings.
Shannon’s classes combine her knowledge of strength building and core-conditioning, and an emotional rawness that cuts straight to the heart. She relies on the energy in the room and her intuition to guide her and students and classes. She helps students break down and identify self-limiting/self-sabotaging habits and shed outworn skin. Her style and classes are about transformation and change, death and rebirth; and they’re about practicing radical self-love acceptance.
