Cat started doing yoga in 2014 to help with anxiety and depression while attending college. She completed a 250-hr Adaptive Yoga teacher training in 2017, followed by a 20-hr Aerial Yoga training with Space Yoga Studio and a 40-hr Yin Yoga training with Asheville Community Yoga. Cat’s teaching method emphasizes mindful breathing and encourages you to embrace your abilities rather than dwell on your limitations.
