About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Noël is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trained yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner & co-creator of Tapping In Wellness Retreats. She brings her therapeutic clinical skills to co-facilitate daily groups designed for reflection and somatic exploration of your experience, provides eco-therapy guided nature walks, and implements mind-body skills. Noël will guide you each morning with gentle yoga, meditation & breathwork to bridge the mind and body together to further enhance a sense of embodiment and self-energy. She also provides intuitive energy work such as Reiki and chakra alignment during your stay
Noël has had the honor of working in the trauma recovery field for 20 years with a passion for witnessing and walking alongside others. She is a curious wayfinder and a lover of the natural world who finds strength, self-energy and meaning in nature’s wisdom which mirrors back to us the rhythmic patterns of life so eloquently.
As a retreat facilitator, her greatest joy is seeing people living life on their terms and tapping into their own self healing and inner light, making meaning within their experiences and finding the golden nuggets to strengthen within their core being
