Dr. Jared Kiddoe
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
For more than 20 years, Jared has worked with individuals, couples, and families, helping people better understand the experiences that shape who they are, how they relate to others, and how they navigate the pressures of everyday life. His work brings together his expertise in mental health, relationships, faith, and the unique experiences of Black men.
But FORGED isn't simply an extension of Jared's professional work. It's personal.
Jared understands the pressure many Black men carry to lead, provide, achieve, protect, and keep moving often without many spaces where they can take off the professional titles, put down the expectations, and simply be men among other men.
He created FORGED out of a belief that men were never meant to do life alone. Brotherhood matters. Having other men who can challenge you, encourage you, laugh with you, pray with you, and stand beside you matters.
Through FORGED, Jared creates a space where Black men can have honest conversations about manhood, marriage, fatherhood, work, stress, identity, faith, purpose, and the men they are becoming—without judgment, performance, or pressure to have all the answers.
His approach is practical, culturally grounded, clinically informed, and rooted in Christian faith. His goal isn't to tell men how to live their lives. It's to create the kind of brotherhood where men can slow down long enough to ask better questions, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen the relationships that matter, and become more intentional about the men God is calling them to be.
