As an athlete Lauren always was an advocate for health and wellness but it wasn’t until she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis that her yoga journey began. Inspired and amazed by how healing the practice was both physically and mentally, she moved to Colorado and completed her 200 hour RYT and well as several other trainings. In 2014, Lauren moved back to Wheaton to open Next Yoga with her mom, Debbie to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. Lauren leads the 200 hour teacher training program at Next, and is now E-RYT 500. She is also in a clinical Thai massage program.
