About The Teacher

Susan's Teaching foundation is Hatha style Yoga which is the foundation of all yoga styles. Susan trained with Teach Yoga in London with a wide range of teachers and as a result embraces many styles of Yoga including; Hatha, Vinyassa, Iyenga with an Ayurvedic approach and enjoys incorporating all these styles of teaching within her classes. After Yoga Teacher Training Susan went on to study Ayurveda with Tarik Dervish and embraces the Ayurvedic way of life to the fullest which shines through in her style of teaching. Then went on to absorb herself in a Teach Meditation course with the most wonderful teacher Swami Saradananda and has carried on with her own personal meditation practice and been teaching Meditation Classes ever since. With her great interest of Yoga Nidra over many years Susan has very recently become an "iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher in Training" informed by the teaching of Richard Miller and the Intergrative Restoration Institute".
