Mara is a somatic therapist (TVM), yoga & meditation teacher, voice liberation guide and ceremonial musician.

Also trained in shamanic energy medicine (by Alberto Villoldo), and Contact Beyond Contact (Level 3), she weaves embodiment, belief-system and trauma work, heart music and dance to guide
