About us

Jess is a Chef, Cookbook Author, Herbalist, and outspoken food security and agriculture activist. She's the owner of Tin Canyon Farm, an Escargot & Mushroom farm, where she cultivates, cooks, and holds personal retreats. She draws her inspiration from her diverse cultural background, a family history with deep roots in food, and the natural mountain environment that surrounds her.

Her one and three-day retreats are soul-centered, culinarily inspired, and effect real, lasting change whether your goal is life-inspired or career-inspired.
