Tash is a sweat enthusiast, and forever a student. She is certified as a Moksha yoga and Vinyasa yoga instructor, and is also a licensed physiotherapist in town. She combines her knowledge of anatomy and movement to offer playful, explorative classes with a balanced focus on healthy alignment and creative self-expression.
