Falling into the pot when she was little, Jyoti practiced yoga since almost birth under the direction of his mother, Jnana Sundari . Her daily practice treated her with scoliosis and eczema, which led her to teach and to found Dharma Yoga in 2014
Trained in India at the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research and the International Center for Yoga Education and Research , she holds degrees in yoga teaching and yoga therapy.
