Why study with them?
Flossie O’Leary founded the Ripple Affect ten years ago to affect positive change. Her work with boards on strategy and succession influenced her desire to bring that same vision alignment and design thinking into coaching individuals to clarify and realize their calling. Retreats are where Flossie marries her professional background with a deep spirituality that is entwined with nature and her Celtic roots as well as her passion for creative arts as a pathway into one’s inner world.
Often described as spirited, don’t be surprised if Flossie belts out a line from a song that fits the conversation. Her outdoor experience includes completing the 500-mile Colorado Trail and trekking up to Everest Base Camp. Flossie will complete a graduate certificate in Celtic Mythology in September 2026, holds the same energy coaching and visioneering certification as Beth, and has an MS in Organizational Leadership.
