Diana has been practicing various Hatha Yoga traditions including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Bikram Yoga for the last eighteen years. Over the years, not only has she been running the Hot Yoga Studio in MD, she has been a devoted practioner of various yoga traditions and teaching Bikram Yoga and Hot Vinyasa Yoga. Her class is described as being fun, authentic, high energy, and alignment oriented; Diana will give you corrections and adjustments when you are ready for them. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT at the 500-hour level and a provider of 200 Hour Teacher Training Program along with continuing education at her Studio. When Diana is not teaching or practicing Bikram Yoga, she loves to pamper herself at local spas or taking other yoga classes as a “new” student and taking weekend trips to NYC to recharge mentally and physically. She loves meeting new people and traveling to other parts of the world. She also passionate about dogs (Dogs RULE!), animals, and red wine! Yeah Tuscany!
