About us

Pradeep started his personal meditation at the age of 8 years old, coming from a very traditional spiritual hindu family, His parents gave him the magical gift of meditation. His late mother practiced meditation daily. Pradeep was always curious and asking questions about meditation, life and the universe. Pradeep then began his daily mantra practice at 15 years old and dedicates his early morning to his practices. In 2016 Pradeep left his job as a graphic and web designer and went on to work as a social worker for underprivileged adults, helping them achive skills for future employment and to acheive personal life goals. Pradeep then left his home town Delhi because of the chaos, pollution and over crowded city of Delhi. “I went to Rishikesh for a weekend trip to recharge my batteries, I ended up staying for 1 year. I found my true love and passion ‘Yoga’ I spent my days working part time for a local non government organisation (NGO) teaching underprivileged childred (age 7-13) Meditation, Pranayama, basic yoga asana, Basic English and valuable life skills. In my free time i joined daily drop in Ashtanga and Hatha practice. I went on to complete my Ashtanga Teacher training course. Meditation, Mantra and Pranayama is my true love”
