Amy loves teaching students who are newer to yoga and seeing the positive changes it brings. Classes with Amy typically focus on slow Hatha yoga or Yin yoga, exploring the links between breath, movement and awareness to encourage deep relaxation and greater ease within the body and mind.
Amy first practised yoga as a teenager however started to fully explore yoga and appreciate its benefits 6 years ago when yoga brought more peace to her life. Amy’s fascination with yoga lead her to train as a yoga teacher with Laura Gilmore at Bristol City Yoga in the UK.
