Why study with them?
Hey! We're David & Darnell Walrod.
In January of 2023 we purchased a massive fixer-upper overflowing with character and more potential than we could have imagined. As the years of restoring this unique home unfolded, so did a deeper vision: creating a space where community can connect, grow, and come alive together.
Between the two of us and our varied training, we are able to offer high level breath work, guided cold exposure, guided movement practices, musical journeys and creative workshops.
We have poured our hearts into creating a space that feels inspiring, playful, safe, and supportive. While healing and growth are often hard work, we believe that art, play, and community are essential parts of the process.
