Meryl Arnett, E-RYT 500

About us

Meryl Arnett, E-RYT 500 and co-owner of Sacred Chill {West}, has been teaching yoga and meditation in Atlanta since 2010. Her passion is introducing mindfulness in ways that are accessible to all of us. Meryl found meditation and yoga thanks to the stress and anxiety a type-A personality commonly experiences. 10,000 hours of practice and teaching time later, she is a true believer in the transformative power of these practices. Meryl is the creator of The Mindful Minute podcast and her morning meditation classes have been featured on CNN Headline News. She has taught classes to Fortune 500 companies, from the floor of Phillips Arena, at festivals across the city, and she helped create the first yoga + meditation studio in Atlanta to offer regular, independent meditation classes. Meryl continues to study and practice daily with teachers she respects deeply, including Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Susan Piver, and Yoganand Michael Carroll. Off the mat, she loves to spend time in the mountains with her family camping, hiking and marshmallow roasting.  Learn more at merylarnett.com or sacredchillwest.com

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne
