This weekend will provide you a full working understand of how to perform yoga on the wall. We will concentrate on learning basic as well as advanced postures. You will gain valuable knowledge of how versatile it can be to teach yoga on the wall. You will learn how to use the various props that can be attached to the Yoga Wall™. Both new and experienced instructors will gain valuable teaching knowledge while having a ton fun. I mean who doesn’t love hanging off a wall and sinking into bliss?10 hours of Yoga Alliance CEU’s will be given for this courseComprehensive manualYoga Wall Level 1 Teaching Certificate will be earned for this course.

The class is being held at the beautiful Haven on the Lake. Included in your workshop is use of the wet wellness areas of the facility. Please feel free to use them before or after the workshop. Bring a swimsuit and a lock for the locker and make a relaxing day of it. Classes are an additional fee.
Haven on the Lake is a 27,000 square-foot retreat that provides an opportunity to escape the stresses of daily life in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere where you will be inspired to participate in a variety of health enriching experiences.
