About us

Heather Guilfoyle is a highly committed individual with excellent communication skills and an ability to work with people of all ages and from all backgrounds. She is artistic and creative, an active environmentalist and an inspirational presenter. Able to see the big picture and put in place the structures to achieve desired outcomes. Her strengths are her people skills, problem solving and ability to think outside the box. Her diverse qualities make her an excellent facilitator, project manager, educator and autonomous executive. Extensively travelled for both work and personal development: Turkey, Indonesia, Spain, Vanuatu, Argentina and personal sabbaticals for e.g. twice walked the Camino to Santiago Compostella Spain, an audience with the Dalai Lama in Nepal, lived with the Sahwari in Morocco to name a few. Heather brings her knowledge, skills, cross cultural awareness and her heart and soul into her work.Her experience is diverse: Head of a Drama Department in the UK, Research Project Officer for Anglicare Australia, Trainer and Facilitator of the Fit n Well Consultants Course Melbourne, Marketing Manager for Zoeros (transpersonal organisation), Academic Lecturer for the Australian Defence Force, Sole Proprietor of the creative Cross the Floor Boutique Melbourne. Published paper in ELICOS Language conference publication Singapore, are some of her diverse roles.Heather has designed, developed and facilitated a variety of training programs. She is a teacher of; ESL, Drama and Theatre Studies, Art, People Skills, Cross Cultural Awareness Training, Communication Skills, Study Skills, Conflict Resolution, Mind Body and Spirit and Adult Employment Programs.
