About The Teacher

Casey Feicht the creator of Kids Yoga Guide is passionate about teaching kids yoga and  serving the next generation in living a peaceful life.

Kids Yoga Guide
Kids Yoga Guide designs classes to empower children by helping them build self-confidence, respect others and develop an awareness for their own body and surroundings. While working at their own pace, they will learn yoga postures and breathing/relaxation techniques.

The classes will be a playful environment which include fun activities such as games, singing, and dancing.

Kids will explore yoga postures, yoga games, song and move beyond the physical practice while learning to enjoy mind-body connection, deeper awareness and the ability to relax and de-stress through the “Fun” practice of yoga
We bring classes to yoga studios, schools and wherever kids are.

Classes include Baby yoga, Parent and Toddler Yoga, Kids, Family and Tween/Teen yoga. We offer Summer Camps, professional development and we are the ONLY 95 hr Registered Childrens Yoga School in Denver! Come learn, teach and share yoga with the kids in your life today!

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My last retreat at SMC was so inspiring and so relaxing. But i'd love to have more time there to spend at the Stupa, visit the Kami shrine, and generally interact with the beautiful enlightened society happening on that entire land. Brett

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
