Why study with them?

Rita London teaches Kundalini yoga and Xigong, Breath work, Mindfulness
meditation and Mantra as well as Sound Healing (gong and Tibetan Bells).
She is passionate about sharing centering mind-body practices to help others
regulate their nervous systems and connect with their deepest resources to live
their best lives. She has led creative wellness retreats in upstate New York,
Mexico and Italy.
