About The Teacher


I see Mindfulness as being the base of preventive mind & body Healthcare. I have a degree on Exercise and Health and  after getting the TDI MBSR Certification (2016), I developed my mindfulness teaching practice in the turism area, providing intensive 121 mindfulness stress reduction programs to people from all over the world. I see mindfulness as the perfect practice to shape our minds for the future, and live happier, more meaningful and longer lives. The main focus is:
