Nathalie Wilhelm

About us

Nathalie has been teaching yoga for 9 years and currently runs teacher training courses alongside regular classes and retreats. She is also a personal trainer with a passion for staying active to keep the mind and body healthy and happy. Her classes range from fun, energetic vinyasa to slow, gentle flow, always with an awareness of the breath and an understanding of it's importance in our yoga practice.
