Megan is an award-winning author and speaker. She has reported from Mexico, England, Canada, Guatemala and throughout the U.S., and her journalism has appeared in publications such as Psychology Today, Salon, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Miami Herald, Newsday, Glamour and Southwest: The Magazine. Her book, TRIUMPH OF THE HEART: FORGIVENESS IN AN UNFORGIVING WORLD, explores forgiveness through science, stories and memoir. It was named a 2016 Book for a Better Life by the National MS Society and a Best Book of 2015 on the Science of a Meaningful Life by the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center. Megan speaks frequently about how forgiveness is crucial to our individual health and wellbeing, as well as to the productivity and profitability of our organizations. Her book and TEDx talk have been lauded by the likes of Desmond Tutu, Adam Grant, Marianne Williamson and Elizabeth Gilbert. Megan holds a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York, and she lives in Denver with her husband and son.
