I have a particular interest in sequencing yoga classes to complement other sports - whether you're a CrossFitter, weightlifter, general gym fiend, runner, cyclist, surfer, snowboarder or climber - a regular yoga practice will not only make you more flexible, prevent injuries and improve recovery, but also help you up your mental game in preparation for your next competition, match, marathon or spontaneous outdoor adventure.
