I’m a neurodivergent and nonbinary coach, educator, and consultant living with chronic illness. My work is both deeply personal and deeply rooted in collective care.
Raised in a religious cult and shaped by early trauma, my path has been one of reclamation—learning to trust myself, seek support that honored my autonomy, and build the kinds of care systems I once needed.
For almost 30 years, I’ve been meeting people where they are and supporting them through crisis, transition, chronic conditions, and complex life experiences. As the Founder of Stronger U and THRIVE Lifeline, I support clients internationally through trauma-informed and identity-affirming care.
I design and facilitate programs and spaces that help people relate to themselves and others with more honesty, agency, and sustainability.
I bring a non-carceral, relational approach to this work—one that honors complexity and invites us back into alignment with ourselves and each other.
