Why study with them?
Sameera Bandari is the founder of Soultripp, a movement built to tackle India’s ₹1-trillion burnout and mental health crisis among high-pressure, high-achieving urban professionals. A former Big 4 consultant and IIM Ranchi alum, she spent over a decade navigating India, the UK, and the Middle East’s most demanding work cultures before burning out herself. She then moved to Goa to recover from burnout and pursue deeper purpose, experimenting with multiple healing modalities and alternative approaches—until discovering the therapeutic potential of psilocybin (magic mushrooms), which helped her recover at a time when conventional medication and therapy had limited impact.
Today, she works at the frontier of global mental health—bringing evidence-backed psilocybin therapy, nature-based interventions, and behavior design into the Indian conversation. She is certified as a psychedelic facilitator through the Zendo Project (USA). When she’s not persuading government officials and stigma-filled naysayers that mushrooms are more medicine than menace, she writes books with disarming honesty, including How to Love a Woman and How I Retired at 30 and Moved to a Tiny Village in Goa.
