About The Teacher

Being born in a surrounding where the Yoga, holistic practise were day to day life. Ajay "Dhyan Chaittanya" came in contact with holistic practice in his early teens.

Got initiation on Osho Neo-Sannayas tradition on 1996 in Nepal and stayed over a year in Osho Ashashis Meditation Center, deepening his meditation then he continued his practice until 2000 at Osho Mudita Meditation Center.

In 2001 Ajay Completed his Yoga Therapeutic Diploma and Teacher Training Course from Pathik Health Foundation in Nepal and the Same year he completed his 1 and 2 degree Reiki from Caran one of the renowned Master in Baranashi, India.In 2003 Ajay completed Amrit Samadhi level from International self realization follower ship. And got his master degree Reiki from Pathik Health Foundation. In 2010 Ajay completed 6month intensive yoga teacher training from Balmiki Collage (one of the main Shanskrit college in Nepal). Along with courses and training Ajay has participated more then 100s of Meditation retreats in Nepal.

Since 2003 Ajay has been teaching Yoga, Reiki and Meditation at various Centers in Kathmandu as Pathik Health Foundation, Healing Hand Center, Vedic Ayurveda and Corporate Offices.

Although he was being guest teacher's of other center, he has always been a important board member of over all expects, teaching, coordinating Yoga holidays and other programs at The Kathmandu center of healing. where he teaches most of classes now a days while looking after his Sammunat Nepal an Organic Farm-Retreat center. Ajay enjoys and appreciates the gift of the life what he has to offer to his students.
