Laura has been a student of yoga her whole life. She began sharing the wisdom of hatha yoga in New Zealand in 2004. She met Anusara yoga in 2006 and has been passionately incorporating the teachings into her life and her massage and yoga practice.
She is continually surprised, renewed, and inspired by this practice and by the league of wonderful instructors, both international and local, that she has had the privilege to work with over the past 15 years.
As a teacher, she incorporates the experience of many different teachers and styles (hatha, restorative, Iyengar, and Anusara) into her own instruction to provide her students with variations and alternatives that will help them arrive in each moment with more ease and awareness. Her goal it to help each student cultivate a safe, life-long practice that they can integrate into their daily lives.
