Gosia skillfully integrates different styles and aspects of yoga offering intention, meditation, pranayama and asana in her classes as a pathway to a greater sense of calm, peace and joy. She encourages her students to immerse themselves in the present moment through mindful movement and breathing techniques.
Gosia has undertaken a six-week intense yoga teachers course in Rishikesh, India. She then continued her training in Australia, completing 500hrs yoga teaching certification. She took The Art of Alignment and Assist course at Body Mind Life in Sydney and several other yoga courses and workshops, like Detox Yoga and Yoga for Anxiety.
