I am a Reiki Master Teacher, counselor, and conscious leadership guide devoted to the integration of energy, psychology, and purposeful action. My path bridges the sacred and the strategic—where spiritual alignment meets grounded transformation.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling, I bring depth psychology, emotional attunement, and trauma-informed awareness into every space I hold. I understand the inner architecture of the human experience—belief systems, shadow patterns, resilience, and the sacred process of becoming.

For over 23 years, I served in corporate organizational management, guiding teams, shaping culture, and leading structural transformation. This chapter refined my understanding of systems—how energy moves not only within individuals, but within organizations. I witnessed firsthand how consciousness (or the lack of it) influences performance, morale, and collective well-being.

Today, I unify these worlds.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I facilitate energetic recalibration, spiritual awakening, and embodiment of higher awareness. I help individuals reconnect to their innate wisdom, clear energetic imprints, and step into authentic alignment. My work honors both the mystical and the measurable—intuition and implementation.

I believe true transformation occurs when the nervous system feels safe, the heart feels seen, and the spirit feels remembered.
