About the Teacher
Why study with them?
José María—or JM, as he is known—is a philosophy professor and tireless researcher whose connection to the shamanic world and alternative medicine dates back 16 years. First as a student of power plants and their effects on consciousness, and later as a facilitator of group experiences, he is passionate about all the possibilities this world offers. He has led numerous inner growth retreats, guided therapeutic integrations, and traveled to the Colombian jungle in search of the roots of a new healing paradigm. His greatest pride is having met spiritual teachers with whom he has sought answers to the eternal questions that torment every restless soul, though he never considers any answer definitive.
He is also a poet, lecturer, and translator.
