About The Teacher

Kristin has been teaching yoga since 2015 in a variety of settings, from SUP yoga on Lake Hartwell to a Georgia Correctional facility. She earned her 200RYT from Jane Hyat (Iyengar lineage), and Kristin earned her 300RYT from the Vatsu School of Yoga from the Sivananda lineage.

Kristin is from Athens Georgia and is a proud Georgia Bulldog, holding a BS in Education. Yoga is Kristin’s second career after a successful 22 year career as a real estate broker.

Her teaching style is theme based and always ends with an inspirational thought or quote. From centering with breathe work to drawing awareness to the chakras, Kristin brings creative sequencing to her teaching in a gentle, calm manor. Her style of teaching is often categorized as gentle, restorative, with just a little flow, and enjoys using many props in her class for her student’s comfort.
