Why study with them?

Tedy brings a wealth of experience, fun, and joy to his teaching and enriches the journeys of so many students and everyone he meets.

He initially came to yoga as a proactive approach to injury prevention while engaging in other activities such as cycling.

His yoga journey began with the practice of Ashtanga Yoga along with profound self-inquiry and study of spiritual practices at local Ashrams.

His yoga philosophy focuses on the unification of movement, breath and body.
