Mallory Littell

About us

Mallory began adventuring later in life after her very first Live Alive Adventure to Cambutal, Panama in 2016. It was on that  trip she finally learned that travel is not a privilege or reserved for people who have time to do it, yet that it is for everyone and is an opportunity to feed one’s curiosity, educate through exploration, and to fall in love through epic adventure. It took Mallory, boldly changing her flight last minute on the bus to the airport so that she could stay an extra day to explore in Casco Viejo, and to purchase a proper Panama hat, to truly experience what is possible through adventure. Since that trip, she has been collecting passport stamps from England, France, Ethiopia (twice!), and Scotland on the books, along with traveling cross country to the Grand Canyon and visiting her favorite place on earth, Big Bend National Park. Outside of adventuring, Mallory lives in Houston with her husband and partner in adventure, Marc and their weimaraner Blue. She serves as Community Director at BIG Power Yoga, leads with The New Space, and is a 500hr RYT. She values good food, good wine, and anything that makes her sweat.

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration sparks from my innate charge to connect with a collective innate goodness. I aspire to live in a way that continuously blossoms and embraces my wise and compassionate human nature. Freundl
