About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Born in the Munich area, Tonia was introduced early on to personal development and spirituality through her family and other influential figures. Dance, movement, and bodywork have been a constant part of her life, particularly through ballet, contemporary dance and yoga, which remain central to her practice.
Since 2014, she has been working with people in healing and trauma-focused education, yoga, psychology, and the psychiatric and trauma-therapeutic field, supporting women with personality disorders.
In 2022, she began deepening her wisdom and experience with rituals and different plant ceremonies, with elders in Mexico and Colombia, alongside her studies in somatic psychotherapy.
Tonia combines her knowledge of yoga, psychology, somatic psychotherapy, Somatic Plant Medicine Integration and Thai Bodywork with her own living, embodied practice. Her work is marked by presence, sensitivity and a deep understanding of both bodily and psychological processes. She creates safe, trauma-aware and healing spaces where people can experience body, mind and heart, reconnect with their inner essence, and attune to themselves, their intuition and the natural world.
