About The Teacher
Petra loves to share the empowering joy of a fluid and creative practice, working intuitively with the energies of the individual person or groups. The session is grounded in therapeutic movements of classical Hatha yoga and rooted in cutting edge anatomy to provide a safe and anatomical optimized practice within the principles of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. Petra accompanies and encourages in a kind and empowering way every student to travel on their own unique physical, mental and spiritual journey through transformation with a heart full of energy. She teaches a creative style which is committed to the individual needs and combines the ancient traditions of classical Hatha Yoga/ Ashtanga Yoga with the contemporary teaching techniques and principles of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga.
