About us

Whether I am rolling out my mat, rolling in the dirt or dancing ecstatically, I feel more connected to my heart + creative spark when in motion and in song.   Coming from a background in theatre and dance, the fusion of creative + yogic practices opened my love for the healing arts; helping me find my voice as a sound worker, meditation guide, movement teacher + ritualist. I am a believer + practitioner of the meditative and ecstatic. I teach a fusion of movement + sound alchemy; working with vibrational + motion medicinals for activated creativity, health and embodiment.  I am forever a student of the pulse and cycle of Nature, Tantrik philosophy, Hatha vinyasa yoga, Ecstatic dance + sacred songs / sounds.  I am the co-founder of WILD HEART HEALING ARTS: a holistic, creative gathering space in Prince Edward County and split my time between The County + Toronto where you can find me galavanting in the fields and forests; offering up movement, writing all the poetry, making all the music + planning all the adventures.
