It’s always been about food for Margie Cook so it only made sense to her when it became all about plant food that she returned to school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator (VLCE). Her vegetarianism began in her early twenties but her road to veganism was a colourful journey that played out over many years.
Margie genuinely loves people, and because of that she genuinely wants everyone to live the happiest life possible, and for Margie, when it comes to food, health and happiness, you can’t have one without the other.
Always one to experiment in the kitchen, when she switched to plant-based eating she was determined to discover and create delicious, filling and beautiful recipes that could stand up next to any omnivore diet. Her love of food, her exceptional skills as a cook and her spark for life has helped her discover and create plant-based foods that go above and beyond. She believes every meal you eat is a chance to take one small step towards a big smile, glowing skin, more energy, and a healthier planet. Through customized cooking classes, corporate wellness programs and coaching, recipe development, catering and personal chef services she brings her unique, lighthearted style to the hearts and minds (and tables) of all she meets.
