About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Lili guides people to reconnect with themselves through conscious movement, breath, and embodied presence. Dance, her first language, infuses her teaching with sensitivity and depth. Trained in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga and further studies in Hatha and Ashtanga in South India, she weaves ancient tradition with a modern approach in her work. She is also trained in the In_Breath technique, a gentle, circular breathwork practice that supports emotional release and access to expanded states of consciousness, always grounded in softness and safety.
