      What a fungi!

I had the pleasure of hearing Paul Stamets speak at the Psychedelic Science Conference (2017) put on by MAPS in Oakland. I experienced him as personable and charismatic, and felt the deep passion that he has for his work. While wearing a hat made out of mushrooms, Paul engaged with audience with in-spore-ational stories of his journey as a mycologist, and his reflections on topics such as medicinal mushrooms and bioremediation. I have 'mushroom' in my heart for him ;)

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To bring my friend and open her world to the gift of yoga. Denise
