Bethany Lee's — HOLISTIC PRACTICEPHILOSOPHY
Bethany Lee began yoga to gain flexibility and strength, but soon noticed additional benefits, including better focus, improved sleep and more energy. Wanting to share these benefits with others, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Puerto Rico, studying under Power Yoga leader Renee Fussner. For fourteen years, she has brought passion and authenticity to her everyday practice. Her love of Yin Yoga, inspired her to take on additional training and certification (50 hours) in Mexico, studying Yin Yoga combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and meditation. She’s also been certified in New York under Rose Erin Vaughn, building her skills in TCM, acupressure, healing and human anatomy.
Bethany believes that clean, healthy living combined with a daily yoga practice can bring about benefits for mind, body and spirit that cannot be attained any other way. Her Yin classes centre around meditation and activating meridian lines and acupressure points. These ancient traditions in a modern setting provide remarkable benefits, including increased energy, mobility, better sleep and reduced anxiety, stress and tension. Her Flow and Power Yoga series gets the heart pumping, while her meditations provide calming visual journeys after every practice. Bethany’s teaching and courses will appeal to students who are seeking a deeper mind-body connection, are looking for ways to reduce stress and anxiety and see the value in a balanced, healthy lifestyle for body and soul.
Because she is truly passionate about living well, Bethany Lee founded Barefoot Naturals, a botanical beauty company specializing in all-natural skin formulas for sensitive skin. She loves discussing natural skin-care with her students, and providing them with tips for maintaining glowing, healthy skin.
