About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Ãnama is my spiritual name, Sofia is my birth name. I am an experienced therapist, healer, energy worker. For over 20 years I have been helping hundreds of people to get back to themselves, their centre, their joy, their best version.
In my early 20’s I learned an energy healing method called Biorgonomy. From there I started doing meditation everyday, developed my gift of intuitive sights and feelings, my connection to the subtle realms and my expertise as a therapist. I can read your body and energy field, bringing information about what you didn’t tell me, I can transmute your blockages back into light and life energy and give you insights of diverse topics related to your human and non human experience.
On my path I also studied Ayurveda, Mutidimensional Therapy and added to my practice useful tools I collected over the years to help people heal themselves.
Alongside with my therapeutical side, I have always researched movement and joyful activities aiming for a more pleasant and balanced human experience. I wish to live fully my spiritual path as much as my human form.
This program was born after a deep powerful meditation where I received a call to share my wisdom and help people activate themselves.
