With 11 years’ experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Erika Shannon believes that all movement is wired to the heart, and that pairing exercise with intention/emotion just makes everything feel better, flow better, and create lasting results that you can feel both physically and spiritually. Most of the classes she has taught invite the student to explore the relationship between the body and greater purpose. She helped create the teacher training program for intenSati, leads weekly classes at SoulCycle, and encourages from the heart as a trainer on dailyburn.com. Erika also attended training in Primordial Sound meditation at the Chopra Center. On the lighter side, she loves dancing her face off, drinking smooth bourbon and indulging in a great meal!
