She believes in giving an equal amount of support and space to each student as they explore their inner self allowing form of either emotion or expression needed to come through on their mat, to process, heal, and grow.
Infusing her love and passion for dance, Mary Ann uses the breath and movement to restore the body into a state of peace, tranquility and grace. Through her years of learning from from her own body and movement, she is able to watch each student while they are practicing and give guidance in a loving and supported way to assist students in increasing mobility and flexibility. Mary Ann Inspires her students to grow from within by letting the movement whether in yoga or dance to come from the heart and be an expression through the body's physical movement.
