Suze first reached out to yoga as a way to create more balance in her life during her Psychology studies. Her desire to share the growth and joy yoga offered her, lead her to take part in the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training at Yoga Moves with Hilary Brown and Katiza Ivulic, followed by an Ashtanga yoga teacher training in India. She continued her studies with Shiva Rea and Twee Merrigan and holds several Prana Flow® yoga certificates.
During her studies with these and other renowned teachers, she discovered the style of yoga that resonates with her most: a fluid Vinyasa yoga style that can be both gentle and soft, or powerful and energizing. These are the qualities she brings to her classes combined with plenty of attention to alignment and the breath.
Suze is passionate about facilitating other people’s growth, which is the inspiration for her joyful and fluid classes, that always offer space for you to be with whatever comes up for you in the moment.
