Sarah Benady has been practising yoga for 25 years & teaching for almost 10. Her initial training of 200 hrs was with Sun Power Yoga, which is a Vinyasa style yoga. She then undertook 300 hrs Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Sampoorna Yoga in India, deepening her understanding of postures, breathing techniques and Meditation. She returns to India regularly & has recently trained in Hatha Yoga with an inspirational Indian teacher.
She teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga, together with Meditation & is also a fully qualified Holistic Masseuse.
