About The Teacher
Sach Dharam Singh was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga and meditation as a teenager with the masterful teacher Hari Kaur Khalsa. At the time, it created a shift in his life that brought ease and concentration to his studies and an palpable inner stillness. After studying fine arts at the Art Institute of Chicago he eventually made his way back to Brooklyn, NY where he began a daily practice of Transcendental Meditation. The process of dedicating time daily to meditation began to have positive effects on his creative process as an artist which inspired him to seek out Hari Kaur Khalsa once again to begin teacher training. At HariNYC (Hari's studio in NYC) he was introduced to a Korean Daoist style of Qigong called Dong Han Qigong, which became an influence on how he approaches energetic alignment and physiology.
